FC Bayern and Global Premier Soccer (GPS) have an extensive youth partnership that brings over 92,000 kids in the US the knowledge and expertise of FCB's notable Youth Academy. As part of the partnership, FC Bayern makes available to GPS its youth development knowledge, including its coaches, curriculum, official uniforms and the principles and culture that guide its world-renowned academy. The partnership also includes an ID program where the US talents have the opportunity to travel to Munich to train within and experience FC Bayern's academy system.
The cooperation is an ongoing mutual exchange of knowledge with GPS officials traveling to Munich to observe and study FC Bayern's Youth Academy and FCB coaches visiting GPS's facilities and teams with the aim of improving and aligning coaching methods.
